Q: Is there a minimum order value?

A: Yes, our current minimum order value is £25 plus delivery.

Q: Can I order individual items instead of a complete hamper?

A: Unfortunately due to high demand we are currently only able to supply and deliver complete hampers. Should you have any suggestions on other hamper types we would love to hear from you, please contact us with your suggestions.

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: Unfortunately due to high demand, we are currently unable to accept telephone orders but we do offer a range of online payment options including Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Delivery

Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: Our delivery area is increasing all the time, please check our delivery page for full details.

Q: How long do deliveries take?

A:  We aim to deliver orders on the next available delivery day for your area, please take a look at our delivery page for further details.

Q: What time will my delivery be?

A:  Due to the current movement restrictions we are not giving timed delivery slots. Deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm. If you're a NHS worker contact us and we will arrange a timed delivery slot.

 Can we have a regular weekly order?

A:  We plan to offer a subscription service soon.

Q: How do I add my products to your website?

A:  We are happy to add other suppliers products to our website and fulfil these. Please send us a message via our contact page.
